Mr. Ivor Joe Steadman, age 86, died Wednesday, 06/20/2012, at the home of his daughter in Martin.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Mr. Steadman was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Annette Barlow Steadman; his parents, Ivor Clyde Steadman and Georgia Kate Nelms Steadman. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra (Danny) Holland of Martin; his sons, David Joe (Donna) Steadman of Jackson, TN and Steven Brian Steadman of Tupleo, Mississippi; his sister, Patsy fields of Omaha, Nebraska; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.

Mr. Steadman was a veteran, U.S. Navy-WW II. He retired from the United States Navy.
