Ms. Betty Reaves, age 90, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026, in Hospice care at her son's residence.

Betty was born on September 24, 1935, to the late Andrew Jack Ford and Lottie L Wells Ford.
She was an active member of Huntington Missionary Baptist Church in Huntington, TN, and a retired associate at Walmart.
Ms. Reaves loved reading, sewing clothes, golfing with her husband, riding down country roads, and her cats.

Betty is survived by three children, Susan Lofaro of Martin, TN, Joe David (Shelia) Reaves of Sharon, TN, and Tom Reaves of Huntington, TN; eight grandchildren, Daniel (Mercy) Lofaro of Jackson, TN, Leslie Lofaro of Dyersburg, TN, Kourtney Lofaro of Martin, TN, Travis (Maci) Reaves of Martin, TN, Kyle (Brigitte) Reaves of Martin, TN, Chevy (Jordan) Taylor of Sharon, TN, Heather Reaves of Jackson, TN, and Hannah (Josh) Stutsman of Atwood, TN; twelve great-grandchildren; and one brother, Bill (Libba) Ford of Jackson, TN. 

In addition to her parents, Ms. Reaves is preceded in death by her husband, Joe H Reaves, and one sister, Barbara Everett.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am until the hour of services in our funeral chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 am in our funeral chapel.
Bro. Jimmy Fowler will officiate.
Burial to follow at Eastside Cemetery.
