Billie Carter

Mr. Billie Roger Carter, age 81, died Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at Diversicare in Martin.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Mr. Carter is survived by his daughters, Leanna Vendro and Marie (Richard) Longworth both of Lancaster, CA; two grandchildren, Carter Vendro and Holly Johnson; three great-grandchildren, Michael and Kaitlyn Mecham and Shane Johnson; nephew and caretaker, Mr. Rodney (Rose Ann) Carter of Paris, Tennessee.

Mr. Carter was a machinist for Totco Company.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milford Carter and Trin Collier Carter; 10 siblings.
