Brett Merritt

Mr. Brett Austin Merritt, age 32, died Sunday, December 22, 2019, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.

Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 4, 2020, 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Elaine Blanchard officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home until service time at 1:00.  After the service meet the family for food and drinks at La Cabana Mexican Restaurant downtown Martin starting at 3:00. 

Mr. Merritt is survived by his wife, Emily Brown Merritt of Waverly, TN; his parents, Jeff Merritt of Martin and Deborah Maynard Merritt of Jackson, Tennessee. 

Brett worked for Cook's Pest Control in Bartlett, Tennessee.  He was a graduate of Westview High School.
