Buddy Pritchett

Mr. E.B. (Buddy) Pritchett, Jr., age 86, died Friday, February 28, 2020, at Van Ayer Manor Nursing and Rehab Center in Martin.

Funeral service will be Monday, 3/2/2020, at 1:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Cooper officiating, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Monday until service time.

Mr. Pritchett is survived by his wife, Ann Stanford Pritchett; his daughter, Lora (Scott) McDonald both of Martin; his son, Stan (Erin) Pritchett of Nashville; brother, Bob (Margaret) Pritchett of Martin; three grandchildren, Blaine McDonald, Logan Pritchett and Anna Claire Pritchett. 

Mr. Pritchett was a retired farmer and educator.  He was a graduate of Martin High School and The University of Tennessee at Martin.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a veteran, U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, E.B. Pritchett, Sr. and Madeline Hall Pritchett; two brothers, Bill Pritchett and Mac Pritchett.
