Charles Franklin Flood

Mr. Charles Franklin Flood, age 82, of Martin, TN, died Saturday, 10/22/2022, at his home.

Memorial visitation will be Wednesday, 10/26/2022, between 4:00PM and 6:00PM at Murphy Funeral Home.

Mr. Flood was retired from Frontier Communications as a cable splicer; he was a U.S. Navy veteran.

Mr. Flood was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Flood, a grandson, Hudson Fortner, a brother, Eugene Flood, and his parents, Hollie and Allie Drowns Flood.

Mr. Flood is survived by his partner, Patsy Simon, and her children, Theresa and Ricky Wallis;  his daughters, Renee Smith, Martin, TN, and Missy (Matt) Wood, Hixson, TN; three grandchildren, Brittany (Josh) Fortner, Mari Grace Osteen, and Megan Osteen; three great grandchildren, McKinley Fortner, Allie Fortner, Piper Fortner; and a brother, Robert Flood, Mayfield, KY.
