Charles Griffin

Mr. Charles Edward Griffin, age 78, of Ledbetter, KY died Monday, February 3, 2020, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral service will be Friday, February 7, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Griffin officiating.  Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Friday until service time at 2:00.

Mr. Griffin is survived by his wife, Paula Loveall Griffin of Ledbetter, KY; his children, Shawn (Ryan) Hunn of Benton, KY, Brent Griffin of Gleason, TN and Staley Griffin of Hickman, KY; four grandchildren, Madison Hope Mathis, Taylor Elaine Littlejohn, Chase Griffin and Brittany Bargery, three great-grandchildren, Charlotte Lynn Bargery, Griffin Bargery and Michael Jobe.

Mr. Griffin was a bank president and retired from the Bank of Livingston in Grand River, Kentucky.  He was a member of Mt. Calvery Baptist Church in Ledbetter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Staley and Ruth Tuck Griffin; sisters, Edna Nichols and Louise Tucker; brothers, James Griffin, Paul Griffin and T.J. Griffin.
