Christine Marie Thorpe

Mrs. Christine Marie Thorpe, age 61, of Martin, TN, died Monday, 12/30/2024, at her home.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.  Murphy Funeral home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Mrs. Thorpe was of the Catholic faith; she was retired C.N.A. at Haw's Nursing Home.

Mrs. Thorpe is survived by her children, Ashley Marie Avent, Martin, TN, and Joshua Christopher Thorpe, Indiana; she is survived by three grandchildren, Nicholas Emmanuel Avent, Nyla Marie Avent, and Dustin Allen Glisson;  she is survived by her father, Phillip Joseph (Peggy) Russell, Martin, TN; sisters, Abigail Suzanne Irvan, South Fulton, TN and Megan Jo Rogers, Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Phillip Eric Russell, Martin, TN, Patrick Erin Russell, Smyrna, TN, and Joseph Dominic Rogers, Fulton, KY. 

 Mrs. Thorpe was preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Daniel Thorpe, and her mother, Donna Kannall Rogers; one brother, Josh Rogers.
