Christopher Erwin

Mr. Christopher Allen Erwin, age 72, of Martin died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at his residence.

Murphy Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Mr. Erwin was preceded in death by his wives, Kathryn Smith Erwin and Robin Erwin Smith;  his parents, Christopher Erwin and Ellen Gerda Haymen Erwin.

He was a retired master mechanic.  He was a graduate of Main Township High School West in Des Plains, Illinois.  

He is survived by his children, Brian Christopher Erwin of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Misty Golt and Courtney Erwin both of Martin; sisters, Catherine Erwin (Bob) Chamberlin of McHenry, IL and Barbara Erwin (Ralph) Patrick of Kansas City, MO; Brian's mother, Peggy; two grandchildren, Jason Golt, Jr. and Genevieve Erwin.

He was a former resident of Des Plains and Lake In The Hills, Illinois.
