Clennon Dailey

Coach Clennon Brooks Dailey, age 82, of Martin died Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Mercy Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

Funeral service will be Thursday, February 15, 2024, 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Joey Brush officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie, Tennessee.  Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until funeral time at 1:00.

Coach Dailey was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Ann Dailey; his parents, Alton Brooks Dailey and Virgie Beckham Dailey; sister, Joyce Smith and brother, Larry Dailey.

He was a retired teacher and coach of basketball and golf at Westview High School.  

He is survived by his daughters, Dinah (Mike) Nelson of Martin and Deborah (Jackie) McKay of Springville, TN; one brother, Ken (Susan) Dailey of Walkerville, Arkansas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
