Mr. Cody Lee Wade, age 36 and a resident of Martin, TN, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN.

Cody was born on September 11, 1989, to Kimberly Darling and Tony Wade in Martin, TN.
Cody was of the Baptist Faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Martin, TN.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeler riding, and most of all his dog, Jake.

In addition to his parents, Cody is survived by two sisters, Ashley (Matt) VanMeter of Grant, AL, and Jennifer Puckett of Hendersonville, TN; his grandmother, Reba Wade of Sharon, TN; two nieces, Alayna VanMeter and Madison Puckett; three nephews, Fisher VanMeter, Cameron Taylor, and R.J. Puckett; five great-nieces and several aunts and uncles.

Cody is preceded in death by three of his grandparents, Ronnie Wade, Bud Coble, and Bonnie Coble; and one brother, Joshua Wade.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at The First Baptist Church in Martin.
Bro. Mike Sams will officiate.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of service at The First Baptist Church in Martin.
