Mr. Daniel "Sonny" Irvine Smith Jr., age 85, and resident of Martin, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, in Martin, TN.
He was born on April 20, 1941, in Dresden, TN to the late Daniel Irvine Sr. and Mayne Parker Wilson.
Daniel was a member of the United States Navy, and a retired self-employed construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, ZeFan Lu Smith of Martin, TN; and his sister, Norma Fowler of Union City, TN.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is preceded in death by one brother, Mike Wilson; and one sister, Rozanne Anderson.
There will be no services held at this time.
