Edna E. Boyd Buchanan

Mrs. Edna Earl Boyd Buchanan, age 104, of the Mt. Pelia Community, died Sunday, 11/28/2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital.

Graveside Service will be Tuesday, November 30, 2021, 1:00 P.M. in East Side Cemetery with Will Hester and Rev. John Blackwell officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday beginning at 11:00 A.M. at Murphy Funeral Home.

Family serving as pallbearers.

She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pelia Baptist Church in Martin.

Mrs. Buchanan was preceded in death by her husband, Fred T. Buchanan; her parents, Robert K. Boyd and Octvine King Boyd.

Mrs. Buchanan is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Finis) Wagster, Martin, TN, and Janice Fay Hester, Dallas, TX; two grandchildren, Jessica (Jennifer) Wagster and Nick (Wendy) Wagster;  two great-grandchildren, Christian Wagster and Brayden Wagster.
