Esther Mary Collier, age 94 and a resident of Martin, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, her residence.

Esther was born on December 12, 1931, in Chicago, IL to the Late John and Stephania Suss Zdobylak. 
She married Glen Collier on January 8, 1953, shortly before he was drafted in the U.S Army. After serving two years in the military, Glen returned to Chicago to start their family. Esther raised three sons and one daughter in Chicago. They family relocated to the Collier family farm in Martin, TN in 1982. Ester was a devoted member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Martin, TN.

She is survived by one daughter, Patty (Michael) Heath of Memphis, TN; two sons, John (Michele) Collier of Chicago, IL and Mark (Debbie) Collier of Cary, IL; one grandson, Glen Collier; five granddaughters, Nicole Collier, Lisa Collier, Christine Collier Lara, Megan Collier and Hannah Collier; five great-grandchildren, Michael Collier, Emilee Collier, Keila Collier, Giovannie Lara, Jaine Lara, and Sofia Lara.

In addition to her parents Esther is preceded in death by her Husband, one son, Michael Glen Collier; five brothers, Stanley Zdobylak, Edward Zdobylak, Fred Zdobylak, Arthur Zdobylak and Raymond Zdobylak; and one sister, Joanna Zdobylak.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Martin, TN from 9:00 am until the hour of service.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at The St. Jude Catholic Church in Martin, TN at 11:00 am 
Burial to follow at Collier Cemetery in Martin, TN.
