Evelyn Blythe

Mrs. Evelyn Bell Blythe, age 85, died Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Diversicare in Martin.

Graveside service will be Thursday, April 25, 2019, 2:00 P.M. in Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Roger S. Oldham will officiate the service.  Family and friends may assemble at 1:45 P.M. in the cemetery.  There will be a memorial service on Thursday, May 23, 2019, 3:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church in Martin.  The local Kiwanis Club is sponsoring this service.

Mrs. Blythe was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Wilson Blythe, Jr.; her parents, Arthur Baker Bell and Cecila Abercrombie Bell.

Mrs. Blythe retired as of Director of CDS in Martin.  She was a graduate of Tennessee Tech University and a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.  She was a long time member of Martin Kiwanis Club.

She is survived by two sons, Lane Blythe and Roger Blythe of Martin.
