Mr. Jacob Blake Coates, age 25, died Friday, 06/17/2011, at Volunteer Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, 06/19/2011, with graveside services at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN. Friends may assemble at the cemetery at 2:45 PM. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Mr. Coates was a graduate of Westview High School, and was employeed by Weakley County Municipal Electric System on the right-of-way crew.
Mr. Coates is survived by his parents, Jeff and Lana Hunt Coates of Martin TN, his sister,Lindsey Coates Hollowell of Martin TN;paternal grandparents, Ted and Patsy Winstead Coates of Martin TN; maternal grandparents, George and Patsy Thedford Hunt of Sharon TN; paternal great grandmother, Eunice Coates of Martin TN.
Memorials to First United Church Building Fund.
