Mr. James A. Finley, age 78, of Martin, TN, passed away at his residence on Friday, March 13, 2026.

James was born on December 21, 1947, in Carbon Glow, KY, to the late Charles Raymond Finley, Janie Bailey Tolleson, and stepfather, O.W Tolleson.
Mr. Finley was an active service member in The United States Army, and a retired Crane Operator for LTV Steel Company in Chicago, IL.

In addition to his wife, Suzanna Finley, he is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Willingham of Paducah, Kentucky, and Christina Wegner of Highland, Indiana. He was also a grandfather to eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Linda Tolleson Walker, and Lynn Tolleson Hopkins.

Mr. Finley was preceded in death by three brothers, Major Higgins, Bobby Crabtree, and Donald Crabtree; three sisters, Rhonda Tolleson Spinks, Brenetta Tolleson Henry, and Jackie Crabtree Glass Berguson.

Graveside services will be held on April 11, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am at Eastside Cemetery.
Bro. Tommy Hall will officiate.
