Mr. Joseph Wayne Rawdon, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Newport, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends 10:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Murphy Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be at 12:00 Noon in Stanley's Chapel Cemetery near Union City, Tennessee.
Mr. Rawdon is survived by his wife, Berneice Rawdon of Newport, TN; son, Corey (Noah) Jeppson Rawdon of Healdbungs, CA; daughter, Kim Robertson of Cookeville, TN; sister, Cecelia (Charles) Callis of Topeka, Kansas; grandchildren, Mary Kristan and Daisy May Robertson; niece, Abby Callis.
He was a member and song leader of Providence Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Plunk Rawdon; parents, Herbert and Mary Rawdon; brothers, Bentley Rawdon and Ronal Rawdon and his son-in-law, Robbie Robertson.
