Kenneth Lee Turnbow

Mr. Kenneth Lee Turnbow, age 66 and a resident of Martin, TN, passed away on June 2, 2025, at The Regional One Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Kenneth was born on November 18, 1958, in Martin, TN to the late James Williams Turnbow and Betty Jane Reeves Jones.

He was a veteran of the Tennessee National Guard in Martin, TN, a retired production worker at MTD in Martin, TN and a Custodian at the Weakley County School System in Martin, Tn. Kenneth married his wife, Veronica Jean Smith Turnbow on July 26, 1996, and He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church near Dresden, Tn. In his leisure time, Kenneth enjoyed fishing, gardening & fixing projects. He was an avid drag racing and Raiders fan and for all who knew him well, understood his love for Folgers coffee and spending time with his family.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 28 years Veronica Turnbow and his children, Chris Turnbow of Martin, TN, Tiffini (Cory) Holland of Springfield, Tn, Cory Turnbow of Martin, TN, Zack Turnbow of Martin, Tn, Megan Turnbow of Martin, TN and Matthew (Kendall) Turnbow of Bradford, Tn; four grandchildren, Landon Holland of Springfield, Tn, Kayden Turnbow of Dresden, Tn and Arielle Holland of Springfield, Tn; five siblings, Jimmy (Mary) Judkins of Church Hill, Tn, Ray (Cindy) Jones of Minnesota, Barabara (Chuck) Collier of Martin, TN, Bobby (Teresa) Turnbow of Martin, Tn and Steven Turnbow of Martin, Tn.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by one grandchild, Karsen Turnbow, and two siblings, Susan Pollard and James Edward Turnbow.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Murphy Funeral Home in Martin, Tn at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the Sunset Cemetery in Dresden, Tn. Bro. Jeremy Ballinger and Bro. Billy Crowell will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday, June 6, 2025, at Murphy Funeral Home from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
