Linda Clark

Mrs. Linda Florence Durham Clark, age 80, of Martin died Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 11, 2019, 12:00 Noon in East Side Cemetery with Rev. Greg Bower officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday, December 10, 2019, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home, or after 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday until service time.

Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy R. Clark; her parents, Henry Durham and Sophia Benton.  She is survived by her children, Valarie (Ron ) Peery of Union City, Susan (Tony) Beecham of Martin, Carol (Jimmy) Welch of Memphis and Kelly (Mohamed) Soliman of Nashville; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was formerly married to Wintfred Smith of Martin.

She was retired from Baptist Hospital where she was Director of Social Services.  She was a member of the Martin Church of Christ.
