Louise Milton

Mrs. Marion Louise Milton, age 104, died Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Van Ayer Nursing and Rehab Center in Martin.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 10, 2023, 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Lavender officiating.   Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday, January 9, 2023, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home, or after 11:00 A.M. Tuesday until funeral time at 1:00.

Mrs. Milton was preceded in death by her husband, William Fern "Cowboy" Milton; two sons, Gary Milton and Terry Milton; her parents, Loner Wright and Hallie Nichols Wright; one grandchild, Lori McDaniel; one great-grandchild, Wesley McDaniel and seven siblings.

She retired from Martin Manufacturing and Baybee Shoe Company.  She was a member of Martin Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Martin.

Mrs. Milton is survived by her son, Bobby (Barbara) Milton of Elm Hurst, IL; three daughters, Jean Bowlin, Linda (Junior) McDaniel and Kathy (Jerry) Moeller all of Martin; 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 29 great great-grandchildren.
