Obituary

Mr. Ronnie Alexander, age 81, and a resident of Martin, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Alexander was born on September 10, 1944, in Weakley County, TN, to the late Horace Alexander and Dorothy Whitehead Alexander
Ronnie was an active member at First Baptist Church in Martin, and a sales associate and part owner of Weakley County Motors for over 60 years. He has lived in this community most of his life, where he met and wed his wife of 49 years, Patsy Perry Alexander on August 14, 1976 in Weakley County, TN. He enjoyed fishing, loved his UT football, and being on the farm with his cows. Most of all he enjoyed watching his grandchildren's activities.

Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife, Patsy Alexander of Martin, TN; one son, Jason (Melissa) Alexander of Martin, TN; one daughter, Tracy (Chip) Lattus of Union City, TN; five grandchildren, Rylee Kate Alexander of Martin, TN, Emilee Alexander of Martin, TN, Brittany Duke of Martin, TN, Brandon (Victoria) Baker of Byhalia, MS, Tyler (Alicia) Green of Paris, TN, and Austin Green of Martin, TN; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Patty (Paul) Glass of Martin, TN; two brothers, Larry Alexander of Martin, TN and Keith Alexander of Martin, TN.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie is preceded in death by one daughter, Leisa Green.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in our funeral chapel from 5:00 - 7:00 pm and on Friday, March 13, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am until the hour of service.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 13, 2026, in our funeral chapel.
Bro. Mike Sams will officiate.
Burial to follow at Eastside Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers to serve:
Danny Brown, Tyler Green, Brandon Baker, Chris Peeler, Jason Campbell, and Kenny Brundige. 

Honorary Pallbearer:
Harbor Duke.
