Susan Beecham

Mrs. Susan Beecham of Weakley County, TN, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN.Susan was born on November 3, 1961, in Groton, MA, to the late Wintfred Smith and Linda Durham Smith.

Susan was a member of the Martin Church of Christ and graduated from Westview High School in Martin, TN. Susan was employed at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, TN, as an Admissions Representative for 37 years. She was always known for her active involvement in hospital outreach activities, as well as employee events and programs. Susan said that her time spent in the Administration Department at Baptist Hospital in Union City was some of the best years of her life, and she had intended to serve as a “Pink Lady” upon her retirement.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Tony Beecham, of 26 years, one daughter, Haley Smith of Murfreesboro, TN, three sisters: Valerie (Ron) Peery of Mountain View, AR, Carol (Jimmy) Welch of Memphis, TN, and Kelly (Muhammad) Soliman of Nashville, TN.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Mrs. Susan Beecham will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, 302 Carr St., Fulton, Ky 42041
